      • – The wiry thin 16 year old out of Venezuela has stormed the DSL leaderboard to begin the season leading the league in hits (23), ranking second with 11 stolen bases and ranking third overall in total bases (35) behind 17-year-olds, DSL Indians Angel Martinez (36) and leader Bryan Gonzalez of the Red Sox2 (seen below). Bonaci has gone hitless in only one game this season (June 10) and he’s registered multiple hits in nine of the twelve games where’s he’s collected a hit. 

The California League, Carolina League, Midwest and South Atlantic League’s are all off due to their annual All-Star break/games on Tuesday, June 18. –
