*Top Hitter of the Day*
- Trevor Larnach, LF – Fort Myers Miracle – Minnesota Twins –
- – 3-4, HR (4), 2B, 2R, 5RBi –
- – The Twins first round draft choice (2018) out of Oregon State has registered eight hits over his last four games, and reached base via a hit or a walk in 21 out of his last 22. Larnach leads the Florida State League with 17 doubles and ranks within the FSL top five in hits (56), RBi, (30), total bases (87), batting (.306) and OPS (.852). As quintessential superstar outfield prospect as there is, and if he’s available in your fantasy league, add him to your roster immediately.

California League:
- Ariel Sandoval, RF – Modesto Nuts – Seattle Mariners –

Carolina League:
- Jarren Duran, CF – Salem Red Sox – Boston Red Sox –
- – 1-4, HR (3), R, 2RBi, BB, K –
- – So, how does Duran respond to an 0-for-8 slump? He clubs a two-run homer (in the seventh) eclipsing the 100 total bases mark (102) and adding to his Carolina League lead(s) in batting and hits (.400/74), runs scored (46) and on-base percentage (.464).
- – 1-4, HR (3), R, 2RBi, BB, K –
- Samuel Huff, C – Down East Wood Ducks – Texas Rangers –
- – 3-4, HR (3), 2R, 3RBi –
- – Since Huff’s debut in HiA on May 9, he’s collected a hit in 14 of Down East’s 19 games. The 2016 – seventh rounder out of Arcadia HS (AZ) hasn’t yet displayed the power that we saw in the South Atlantic League, but his overall production rates have remained consistent. It’s amazing to see this level of production, but from a catcher? Even more so. And adding to that, Huff is carrying a 55 percent caught stealing rate and a .996 fielding percentage behind the plate.

- With three more hits and a rare stolen base, Hulsizer maintains his Midwest League lead in total bases (104), Hulsizer also leads the MWL in OPS (1.053), extra-base percentage (.638) and slugging percentage (.646).
- – 3-4, 2 2B, RBi, BB, K, SB (3) –
- Dillon Paulson, 1B – Great Lakes Loons – Los Angeles Dodgers –
- – 1-4, HR (6), R, 4RBi, BB, K
- – Despite his .240 batting average, the 6’3″- 200 lb. Paulson carries into Thursday’s game a near even 1:1 walk-to-strikeout ratio with 36 walks to 37 strikeouts on the season. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise, as the left-handed slugger came out of the University of Southern Cal with the scouting report of a good plate approach with power upside.
