*Top Hitter of the Day*

  • Trey Harris, RF – Rome Braves – Atlanta Braves – – 3-3, HR (4), 2R, 2RBi, BB – – Atlanta’s 32nd round draft choice out of the University of Missouri leads the South Atlantic League in batting (.376), on-base percentage (.457), is tied for the lead in hits (41) with Seattle uber-prospect Jarred Kelenic, and ranks second in OPS (1.062) behind current minor league home run leader (15), Rangers Samuel Huff. The 5’10”- 215 lb. righty has a hit and/or a walk in 18 straight games and has failed to reach base in only two of his 32 games this season.
