Its finally the beginning of another minor league season. Marc and I just recently re-capped the 2018 season with our annual Organizational All-Star rosters. Though our tracking and research, it’s now time to announce the “Ones to Watch” for the 2019 season.

Several of the pitcher listed below, based on my system, debuted and ranked high within my UTR-OAS rosters. Others were highly ranked during my post-season breakdowns of the 2018 Rookie & DSL Leagues, using the factor scoring system.
