  • The 22-year-old Perri was a part of APPY League Johnson City’s 20-hit barrage that  helped secure an 18-10 victory last night over Greeneville (CIN). The 2018-21st rounder out of the University of San Francisco, along with Cardinals first-rounder Nolan Gorman, collected four hits on the night, while second baseman Donivan Williams and centerfielder Brandon Riley posted three hits a piece.

  • 3-5, 3B, 2Bm 3R, 3RBi, BB, K 
  • The New Providence, Bahamas native is 9 for his last 18 (.500), and after batting .301 with one home run and seven stolen bases in 30 games in the Arizona League, Knowles is now the youngest player in the Pioneer League at the ripe age of 17. The 6’0″- 165lb. switch-hitter sits at number 25 in MLB Pipeline’s Angels Top 30, but with continued success this season, he could rocket up off-season as well as 2019 pre-season prospect boards.
