Its Week #6 for Two-Start Treasures. If you missed the TST’s from last week, you can find it here. Last season, I thought it would be fun to include with my tracking the UTR pitchers who made two starts within the week and dominated. I used to do this during our time providing content to MLBDepthCharts.com (now RosterResources.com) when it was just a Pitcher of the Week feature. Now that I throw a list of pitchers at our readers each day, really good back-to-back outings could get lost in the mix. Plus, a pitcher might have been solid in two starts, but didn’t make the daily mention due to being bumped.
So, let’s highlight the two-starters from June 12th to June 18th. I’ve also included Double-A pitchers and, as always, I throw in the best Relief performance for the week too.
