UTRMinors – Top “Minors” National League Pitchers for April 2018

Here are the National League pitchers who are off to great starts to the 2018 season. We try our very best to follow the UTR criteria that we set forth when we created UTRMinors. That baseline criteria which differentiates the top prospect vs. an Under the Radar player is simply this: any player ranked in a system’s Top 10 or drafted above the 5th round is considered a top prospect….all others are under the radar kids. Of course, there could be a circumstance where the best top prospect performance may come from a pitcher that falls below this criteria. In this case, the top prospect would be those ranked within that teams Top 30 based by Baseball America. Stay tuned for the American League. Catch the American League’s April best here.
