- Avila has been a UTR mainstay since his debut back in 2015. That season he was with the Washington Nationals and was named to their UTR Organizational All-Star roster. He was my 2016 “One to Watch” and would have, once again, been UTR-OAS at the end of season, if he hadn’t been traded to San Diego. He earned a “Watch Worthy” notation after last season, as he solidified another UTR-OAS spot with the Padres.
