The LoA/HiA rotations sometimes get out of sync due the All-Star Games and the associated days off. And we are just getting underway in the Short-Season and Pioneer Leagues, so next week’s run-down will be one to see.
With this new feature, I thought it would be interesting include with my tracking, the UTR pitchers who made two starts within the week and should recieve extra recognition. I used to do this during our time providing content to MLBDepthCharts.com (now RosterResources.com) when it was just a Pitcher of the Week feature. Now that I throw a list of pitchers at our readers each day, really good back-to-back outings could get lost in the mix. Plus, a pitcher might have been solid in two starts, but didn’t make the daily mention due to being bumped.
As always, I’m throwing in the best Relief performance too. Seasons Stats are up to the day of posting. The next TST installment (June 20 to June 26 ) will be posted next Wednesday.
