- Rucker get his first start and win for the 2017 season. The 11th round pick (2016) out of BYU had his longest outing of his pro career and matched his career-high with 6 strikeouts. The right-hander earned a mid-May promotion from LoA South Bend. In 12 relief appearances, Rucker posted a 1.96 ERA and a 38:2 K:BB rate across two levels.
- Dunn is starting to look a 1st round pick (2016) in that he’s only allowed one earned run over his last 16 innings. Granted, last night was his first start since May 11th after being sent to the bullpen, after posting a 6.89 ERA in his first 7 starts of the season.

- Lopez stepped aside to allow Brad Boxberger make an one-inning rehab stint to start the game with Clearwater (Phillies). Boxberger, a former UTR Organzational All-Star, struck out the side in first inning in his first rehab appearance. Lopez then took over and had his best outing of the season.
